I still have to wait all week until I get to go to the beach. This week will last forever!
But, I have some fun reading to keep me company.
This sweet little book called Poptails by Erin Nicols recently landed in my mailbox and I just adore it! Boozy frozen treats y’all!

Miss Erin is making popsicles out of everything! She’s got Gin & Tonic, Vodka Tonic, Bloody Mary, Belinis and many, many more!
I am taking this precious tome with me to the beach house and get to mixing and freezing.
